This company was built by a former contractor who wanted to provide the kind of service he wasn’t receiving.

Joe Delgado took that one goal and developed Dartmouth Building Supply into one of the largest, single-location, independent; family owned and operated building materials suppliers in South Coast Massachusetts.

If good leaders lead, better leaders manage. Founder and CEO Joe Delgado started off as a drywall contractor and expanded into supplying drywall in order to assure his business an uninterrupted supply. Over twenty-years later, he heads a multi-million dollar operation consisting of the building material supply core business with an on-site millwork facility producing pre-hung doors and pre-assembled stairs, one of the area’s premiere kitchen design centers and a land development company.

As a result, Dartmouth building Supply has thrived due to his well-planned expansions, key staff additions and manpower increases and continual facility and equipment upgrades.
